Welcome to Thinkedufy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. These terms govern your use of Thinkedufy's AI-powered hiring platform.

• Platform — the Thinkedufy website and services.
• User — anyone who accesses or uses the platform.
• Job seeker — users searching for employment.
• Recruiter — employers or hiring managers using the platform.
• Content — anything submitted or displayed on the platform.

To access certain features you must create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Please provide accurate, complete information during registration.

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in line with these Terms. Job seekers may search for roles, create profiles, and apply. Recruiters may post listings, search candidates, and manage applications.

You retain ownership of content you submit (resumes, job postings, profile data). By submitting content you grant Thinkedufy a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and process it to provide the service — including AI matching and recommendations.

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Post fraudulent or deceptive listings.
• Harass or discriminate against other users.
• Attempt to access unauthorised areas of the platform.
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data.
• Interfere with the platform's normal operation.

The platform — design, features, content (excluding user-submitted material) — is owned by Thinkedufy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee the accuracy of listings or profiles. AI features are recommendations and shouldn't be the sole basis for hiring decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thinkedufy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform — including loss of employment opportunities or hiring outcomes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
